MOA Zoom Survey
Gentlemen, as the Pandemic is expected to continue into the near future, we will continue to meet via Zoom Tuesday mornings.
Last week’s large group format (Question —> Random group of 3 - 4 men discuss the question for 3 min —> Repeat) was well received.
So I wanted to take a pulse of the group and see if we should modify our format
temporarily
.
Proposed New Format For Tuesday Mornings (Only during Pandemic, Zoom Meetings):
Opening Songs.
Opening Prayer.
Questions:
Either accountability questions OR timely question related to the Readings or Current Events.
Random Group of 3-4 men to discuss for 5 min [LONGER THAN LAST WEEK]
Repeat
Please let me know how you feel about the idea. If we try it, we will re-evaluate in 2 and 4 weeks to see if it is still working for us.

Would you be in favor of the format: Question (either Accountability Question or Timely Question related to Readings or Current Events) --> Discuss for 5 min —> Repeat?
*
A. I would VERY MUCH LIKE to try the new format for a MONTH, then re-evaluate.
B. I am OKAY with trying the new format for a MONTH, then re-evaluate.
C. I’d be OKAY with trying the new format for 2 WEEKS then re-evaluate.
D. I don’t care either way.
E. I would prefer our usual format (Large Group the last Tuesday, My Small Group [or Super Group] the other weeks).
F. I DO NOT want to alter our usual format, (Large Group the last Tuesday, My Small Group [or Super Group] the other weeks).
If we did the new proposed format, would you prefer?
*
A. Prefer NEW Random 3-4 men for each question (Meet New Men)
B. Stay with the SAME Random 3-4 men for all the questions (Build Rapport)
C. Don’t Care
D. Prefer to stay with my Small Group [or Super Group](Technically this is a little more quirky with Zoom, especially if only one man shows up in a small group).
Are you okay with going with the majority vote on this idea?
*
A. Yes
B. Yes, with re-evaluate in 2 weeks
C. No
Any Other Thoughts?
