About Men Of Action

Vision & Mission

We envision a Christ centered community of Catholic men.............

in which COVENANT with God the Father is embraced and made real

in which FORMATION  of faith and spirituality is rooted in the teachings of Christ the Son

in which MINISTRY is initiated and fulfilled though the power of the Holy Spirit

Together, we embrace God's covenant with us, as we challenge each other to strengthen our commitment to family and neighbor.

Together, we strive to be formed in the image of Jesus through prayer, study and the celebration of sacraments.

Together, we encourage each other to discern God's unique call to active ministry in our families, churches and communities.

What do we do Tuesday Mornings?

  • 6:00~6:10: We gather and sing 2-3 Hymns in Seton Hall..
  • 6:10~6:25: We gather in the Reservation Chapel and Pray.
  • 6:30~7:00: We will split into small groups of 2-4 men and spend some time deepening our faith.  This is an amazing opportunity to share our struggles and triumphs with a few other men, in complete confidence, and without judgement.  On the last Tuesday of the month, we gather as a Large Group to share ideas and our faith usually focusing on a common topic or question.  This Large Group allows us to get to know each other better and to learn and grow from each other.  Sharing is always optional, and all thoughts and concerns are welcome.
